Yes. We offer different backdrop options that we can show you in case you don't have a backdrop or decoration prepared for the area. On the day of the event we bring the selected backdrop at no additional cost.

We usually arrive 30 to 40 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up and configure all the equipment, so we can begin the service right on time.

Yes. We bring a variety of fun props and accessories — hats, glasses and more — for guests to use in their photos and videos. We always try to match the props to the theme and style of your event.

A few days before the event we'll send you a link to pick your favorite design from our template gallery. For printed photo booths you can also choose the print format, and for the 360 Photo Booth you'll pick the video design and music. You can include text, the name and date of the event, and any image or logo you'd like to add.

No. During the event, one or two of our team members stay on site to operate the machine, help your guests and be available for anything that comes up throughout the experience.

Yes. To reserve and block your event date, a 25% deposit of the total service is required. The deposit is made after you've read and signed the service agreement we'll send you.

Depending on the event location, an additional travel fee may apply. The cost varies with distance and location, and we'll always confirm it with you before finalizing your reservation.

The iPad Photo Booth and 360 Photo Booth can be set up outdoors or in open spaces. The Mirror Photo Booth cannot be used outdoors — it's a delicate machine that must be installed in an enclosed, air-conditioned and well-ventilated area to protect the equipment and ensure proper operation.

We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date and the photo booth you want. Even if we have availability today, someone else could book the same date later. Your date is only fully blocked once the service agreement is signed and the 25% deposit is completed.
